Arifureta has more of a harem than Tensei but there is the harem element in both.

Both are very simialar. Both MC are stupidly overpowered. In both the female charcathers fall for the MC and for good reason.

The main characters of these two anime had a great evolution. At first they were weak, but in the end they were the strongest. If you like to watch the main character develop, this anime is perfect too. The two animes are also similar when it comes to the secondary characters too. Both main characters have strong companions and their number is increasing.
