They basically have the exact same premise. Power fantasy about an overpowered kid from a rural area that moves to a large city and is incredibly, well, overpowered.
Kenja no Mago (Wise Man's Grandchild) is a better executed version of Last Dungeon. So if you liked Last Dungeon you'll really like Wise Man's Grandchild, and if you were on the fence about Last Dungeon, then give this a try anyway, I think you'll like it better.
Both of them have the same premise of "incredibly powerful but dense MC moves to the 'real world' and it turns out he's OP" however, in Wise Man's Grandchild, he does (fairly quickly) become aware of his overpowered nature and that makes the plot more believable and overall more enjoyable.
These are both fantasies that have overpowered main characters. Both main characters are a little bit clueless about there strength due to who they were raised by. But both are average anime.
Both main characters possess extraordinary amounts of power. Unlike Kenja no Mago, Tatoeba is not an isekai for those that are tired of that trope. Additionally, the MC of Tatoeba seems to possess less common sense than the one for Kenja no Mago. At the time of this recommendation, Tatoeba only has one episode but reminds me a lot of Kenja with the large power scale and MC lacking common sense.
