Both anime are about 5-6 mins per episode with basically the same content -- guy dominates the girl and does some ecchi stuff that makes the girl eventually like them.
Both are very similiar in theme and in action (if you get my drift)
The difference is that one is a male student plus a female teacher and this one its the other way around.
