Both are about the love relationships being developed in an office place, although Wotaku ni Koi is about otakus in particular.
Similar concept daily office work with a little bit of romance and comedy.
Both office style romances with similar energy. Both series are SoL Romance with simple a simple premise. Fluffy and lighthearted fun
Somehow these two have very little in common but still I think you would enjoy Senpai ga Kouhai no Hanashi if you liked Wotakoi. Senpai ga Kouhai no Hanashi has no gamers or otakus in it but the characters are somehow similarly vibed :D
Both revolve around a office workplace setting and are chill yet energetic slice-of-life shows.
Senpai ga Uzai no Hanashi is not so romance based as Wotakoi but it has plenty of romance elements in it.
Both are chill to watch!
Both cute slice of life animes. with humor.
They both take place in a office work place
If you like the Senpai ga Uzai Kouhai no Hanashi anime I definitely recommend checking out Wotaku ni Koi Muzukashii.
- both romance & comedy are set in the office
- both have side characters that pair up with each other

Both adult romances with an office setting, but My Senpai is Annoying doesn't have the otaku aspect, nor do any of the characters start dating in the anime. It's a cute and lighthearted watch for office romance lovers.
Both are SoL romcoms in an office environment with similar humor and vibes.

Wotakoi and My Annoying Senpai are both workplace comedies starring a adult cast doing their work or just hanging out.

Both are workplace romcom with the side couple arguably more interesting than the main.
