While Devils Line is more focused on romance, and Phantom in the Twilight is more like a group of friends battling side-by-side. Both anime have a refreshing kind of humor, and can handle their darker moments quite well. Not to mention that they each have MC girls that are not completely useless, which is definitely a plus!
