Both are high octane energy series with lots of stylish action in them and a focus on lots of comedy in addition too the transforming weapons concept especially.

In both Soul Eater and Kill la Kill, the main protagonist is a tomboy who goes to a school that teaches students how to fight. Both anime feature action and comedy, plus fanservice (more so in Kill la Kill). Plus, both anime featuring transforming weapons, humans in Soul Eater and clothes in Kill la Kill. Soul Eater is longer, but both are pretty good. Check them out!
