Annoying. Teasing Master Taakgi-san and A Whisker Away both follow a girl who is directly annoying to the partner.
Teasing Master has Takagi and her counteracting of whatever Nishikata has to play. Whisker Away has Muge and her silly antics she pushed onto Hinode.
Both are good comedy anime with touches of romance, Whisker Away being a movie, Teasing Master being a TV anime.

both are about 2 middle schoolers, that have a crush on each other, and while the girl accepts her feelings and tries to win his heart, the boy is embarrassed and struggles with accepting it. at some point a white kitten makes them grow closer to each other
