Both of them are slice of life with lots of moe and cute girls doing cute things.
Even the main characters have the same hair color, similar body types and personalities based on that.
They´re good animes for you to turn off and just relax.
The biggest difference is that Endro is based in a fantasy setting and Comic Girls is about cute girls making manga.
