Both this got sword fighting , where fighters are powered by magic that have its source in swords. In both are the villains some kind of monsters from space or different dimension. Surroudings looks very peacefully and even during fights mostly. Also in both there are none ecchi stuff. Which I am not against but in these two anime It would be unfiting.
