Even though they're both a group of transforming magical girls, they're actually very different.
Ojamajo Doremi has a younger cast and a more simple plot, but that doesn't mean it's inferior. It has some very touching moments, humor, and gives off a very genuine feel.
Sailor Moon has a teenage cast which means (of course) more drama! Sailor Moon is more action-orientated and has a romantic subplot.
Both are classics.
Usagi from Sailor Moon and Doremi from Ojamajo Doremi can be compared. They're both clumsy, bun-headed airheads who try their best even though they both fall down a lot. (...literally.)
