Both shows feature exaggerated facial expressions as a main part of their comedy and weird voice acting that fleshes out the character's strengths (Hina Kino with Hanako, Saori Hayami with Yumeko).

At first they don't seem similar at all-
Kakegurui centers heavely on it's lore and Asobi Asobase is more of ''little episodes that sometimes have lore in them but not necessarily''
But what both have is a weird sense of humor and how they weirdly portray and draw their characters (if you have seen Kakegurui you'll totally know what I mean)...But Asobi Asobase is less....you know, its just weirder in general.
