Tsuki ga Kirei is not a comedy anime like Horimiya is, but if you enjoyed observing the relationships and their development you will definitely enjoy Tsuki ga Kirei as well.
If you are looking for anime romance, the conflicts are not too heavy, which can make you peaceful, and happy ending, I suggest you watch Tsuki ga Kirei

Both stories are very chill, romance slice of life stories. They feel very natural, in conversation and in charachters. They both have very nice pacing and a wholesome feel that makes you want to see more of the charachters. Horimiya is a bit more mature with more comedy, but both stories are simple but executed very well.

Both of these anime deal with a high school setting where the two main characters fall in love and see their relationship build. Normally romance anime that is all in a high school setting is full of tropes and not really realistic in life. Tsuki ga Kirei more than Horimiya is far more realistic in high school romance that I was so happy when the show ended. I felt as if someone was hugging my heart, every time some progress happened in the relationship. These are very heartwarming and pretty anime to watch.
