In some respects they can be different anime (one is a reciprocated romantic love and the other is about the discovery of love) also, one is more dramatic than the other. There are still some things that are similar, such as the way of transmitting the story, without rushing, directly enjoying what the characters feel.
Attention, neither of these two animes I particularly liked, I gave both a note of 6, but I have to admit that they are similar.
A soothing touch. AdaShima and Tsukigakirei are all too similar with a very slow atmosphere, taking its time as a positive youthful relationship should do.
AdaShima does this with the complicated relationship between Adachi and Shimamura, Tsukigakirei does this with the couple of Akane and Kotarou.
Both are great s.o.l anime about the beautiful young relationships people have.
