This recommendation came to mind since both Soda Pop and Tsuki both follow young individuals and the love issues that come around youth in love. It's set in a world that's modern and close to ours with connectivity and activities such can go through during their times young. Also with male protagonists having a rather Japanese hobby alongside they need to fit it into their life schedule. The entire thing is pretty relaxed too with drama not being the selling point and when it does arise, it's nothing too serious or melodramatic.

Word's Bubble Up Like Soda Pop and Tsuki ga Kirei have a bit in common and give off the same vibe
-I won't say it's similar, but the artstyle in both is unique in the same way, especially how the outlines and linework is done
-both are romances were the couple first meet in an awkward situation
-the protagonist in both rely on cellphones to communicate with each other
-while the male protagonist (Cherry/Azumi) is an only child who likes literature, the female protagonist (Smile/Akane) has sister(s) who give them advice
-the female protagonist's family's decision to move is what triggers the climax in both anime
