Both shows can give a cute, lovely, adorable, and charming sensation when someone who is watching it just wants to lay back and cool off as they feel uplifted from the feelings that these shows can provide.
Personally, I think these shows are meant to be watched when you want to be cheered up and encouraged by something, if you're feelings down then I highly suggest for you to watch these series.

Both are extremely wholesome featuring a group of high school students being extremely nice to each other while helping each other achieve their goals.
