Both series are mainly in a cafe, and one of the main characters is a foreigner, they are hardly similar but if you liked one then you might like the other, they are both not a harem, just a cute love story of most of the main cast.

The cafe seems like a place for the greatest of friends to come together and just have a ton of fun. Aside from that technical similarity, both Blend S and TadaKoi really come across as normal people doing normal things. Perhaps more true in TadaKoi's case but Blend S isn't just maid cafe shenanigans all day long. Despite that, I suppose a cafe is really a powerful place. Friendships last here, and a ton of memories are to be made.
