Both Anime use CGI to show fluid fights that makes use of every frame. They both are about underground fighting with very little rules and heavy blood lost.
Fighting Anime very similar. If you like martial arts and competition you will probably like this anime too.

Superhumans breaking their limits to become the strongest creatures among all plus both pieces of work got their underground tournaments which brings sense of similarity between the two.

Both are some of the best fighting shows I have ever watched and very unique in their own ways.
also, funny shows but knows when to take itself seriously.
The way they portray every fight scene keeps you on your feet and ready to binge the next episode!
even with the CGI you still get enthralled in the world and characters and eventually stop caring about the CGI and just enjoy the show. If you like baki there is no way you aren't going to enjoy this as well

Both works focused on brutal and ruthless fights, extremely strong characters and with a total focus on fighting. If you liked one of them, you're sure to like the other.
Both are over-the-top martial arts series about fighter striving to become the strongest. they both have bloody, no-holds-barred matches in underground arenas and both use 3D animation for their fights.
Simple point form list:

-Music

Baki and KA are very similar due to the fact that both are fighting animes with tournament arcs. Both MC have their differences, and so that's how you should watch. If you want a sadistic f***, watch KA, you want a hopeful f***, watch Baki.
One obvious recommendation is Baki, which is also on Netflix. Baki is about how Baki Hanma wants to be the very best, like no one ever was! To beat his father is his test, to train like no other is his cause. He will travel across the land, kicking ass and taking names. To face other martial artists to understand the power that’s inside. In this Netflix exclusive, the fight comes to him as a bunch of death row inmates from around the world break out to come to Japan and test their skills. Not only does the anime center around Baki, but his

Both the series shows great story and my favorite part...men betting the shit out of each other.
Kengan Ashura may not be as good as Baki but it do have its components which makes its really hype to watch.
People who have completed the Baki series can easily find interest in this series as well.

Fights, violence, tournaments, martial arts, these two shows have so much in common that is surprising they're not from the same person.
Both are martial arts junkfood anime
Both series have:
- Grounded martial arts (i.e. none of those superpower Dragon Ball-type martial arts)
- A pretty darn good martial artist as a main character fighting stronger opponents
Tournament arcs, Protagonist uses demon power Demon back/Advance

Overmuscled characters, a lot of fighting (basically whole story) and underground world scheme. Kengan Ashura is worse show, but still pretty good. A lot of people do not like the CGI animations, but for me it ain't bad.

~Amazing fights~
Kengan ashura uses 3D GCI, but I have to say this definitely works for the fighting scenes, as the movements feel fluid and with no repeating actions on the choreography of the fights.
Both Anime's are about martial arts and fighting , charaters are kinda similar and both have tournament in it
Both of them are basically about a fighting tournament, and the mc strives to be the strongest among all.
Very similar anime in terms of gore and animation style the characters are draw very similarly however they are not super plot heavy
Martial arts, hand combats, blood lust, skills, techniques, and wits are both present in these two anime.
Both are amazing fighting series with good animations and characters with superhuman strength and abilities
Both are about fighting and are insane and very unrealistic, though insanity is consistent so there are no problems there
Both anime have the fighting spirit theme, although in Baki it is more intense. Out of the two I can firmly say I like Baki way more, but this is up to the viewer. Very good action in both of them, hand-to-hand. Basically, Baki 9/10: story, characters, action, animation ; Kengan 7/10: action, animation.

We all know why you love Baki, so Kengan Ashura is a similar anime mixed with all the action. If some 3D doesn't bother you, this show is definitely for you.

They are both great anime. If you loved all that fighting and thriller and characters and everything in Baki I am sure you would love Kengan Ashura. The only con is the CGI in kengan is a little bad. My opinions are that they both discover the art of training and winning and that's why you are gonna love kengan if you loved Baki

These two are by far the most visually stunning fighting anime that are under the radar compared to the likes of OPM & DB or God of Highschool(due to first episode hype), just incredibly intense in terms of different styles of fighting practices displayed. This also goes for depth in story progress and character understanding for more fight anticipation and appreciation. It's simply f***ing fire, yeah. Peace.
