Similarities are :A"strange" young girl entrancing a boy in both anime , many shots are similar as i believe they have the same director, both towards the gothic type of anime (Petit Cossette being more)also the main boys both work in antique shop.

The MC that works in an antique shop gets involved with a girl that is related to the supernatural, and end up fighting alongside her. Both have a lot of similar symbolic imagery, with chains and crosses and stained glass, which are characteristic of Akiyuki Shinbou's direction.
