The similarities here are quite obvious: well designed post-apocalyptic settings, mysterious circumstances, and pairs of main characters that simply want to understand the worlds they live in. Cruel and cold worlds filled with little sparks of hope. Both shows have similar messages and could honestly take place in the same universe.
In a world where all is lost. Where dreams must die. But moving forward. Is still something to continue to do.
Both Girls' Last Tour and Cocolors are works set in a post-apocalyptic world where hope is ultimately lost on gaining anything any normal life would have. But the same still applies in that regardless of any kind of situation one is in, even when there is "nothing left", they must move forward. Both anime do pretty well in telling such.
With Cocolors being drama more than anything. Girls' Last Tour would best fit iyashikei. Pretty good adventure anime to walk away with.
