The obvious comparison between these shows is the main characters... Both psychics with similar personalities (bar their intelligence) being forced into similar wacky situations.
Both shows have a very similar style of humour and plot-layout as well. The main difference between these shows is the intent. Saiki is a more fast paced, skit based show intent on being as entertaining as possible whereas Hana starts off similar to that but quickly converts into a fairly heartfelt comedy with some real meaning behind it.

you should watch these anime if you like comedy genre involving psychic power. Saiki kusuo is more about hiding his psychic power and live peacefully, while in hinamatsuri people use the psychic power in fighting between mafia

Comedy centering around characters with psychic powers is...not actually what I found to be the main similarity between these shows. What Hinamatsuri and Saiki Kusuo both share is a constantly developing world and characters, enriching the experience by keeping the jokes fresh and interesting as well as putting more weight behind them.
This is comedy with thought behind it, that gets you to invest in the characters and their stories.
Both anime are pure comedy shows that revolve around a powerful psychic living their daily life. No one knows about their powers with the exception of their family and the few other espers that are far weaker than the mc.
Though the thing that really makes both of these shows similar is how the unique and funny set of characters interact with each other and the protagonist. They just stick to the mc like a flock of birds and shenanigans ensues.

Both of these are funny as hell, yet manage to be a feelgood kind of shows. Both have espers as main characters and both are emotionally stale. Which is fun. I swear. Hinamatsuri is more from the weird side of shows compared to SaikiK, especially how the storytelling goes.
