Both have MC's from fictional settings cohabiting in the human world and are shows with lots of comedy and slice of life.
Throughout both, the MC's find themselves slowly blending in with the scenery of the city as they perform their everyday, sometimes with a fair bit of action scenes where necessary every now and then.
Kobayashi has a tad bit more sense of romance intertwined whereas Jahy is just more comedy but does have its heartwarming moments too, which Kobayashi has a lot of.
All in all, two shows that will surely put a smile on your face.

Both are slice-of-life animes featuring magical creatures discovering how life works in the human world. They both also contain very similar styles of comedy, as well as the occasional fan-service (if you're into that).
Both have powerful beings from a fantasy world being transported to our world and living their everyday life alongside humans. Both are also very comedy heavy.
Both shows have similar themes of the main characters coming to appreciate the world they've found themselves in and growing deep bonds with the people they've met there.
