Adult living alone and working at a stressfull job finds out that supernatural being in form of a girl started living in their flat and said girl offers to help with housework and cooking. Cuteness is involved.
Both anime are about overworked business people who's dull lives are changed by the appearance of a supernatural character. The cast is also rounded out by secondary supernatural characters, and another regular human. Senko-san is more about comfort, and Maid Dragon has more outrageous shenanigans.

Both have tired, overworked office worker protagonists that one day, end up with a humanoid looking animal offering their house keeping services to them. Emphasis on their tails is included in both. Both workers have associates that end up connected with a different humanoid, as well.
Similar:
- MC is some coding guy working tiredly
- Some supernatural girl transported to MC's home and take care of MC
Difference:
- Maid Dragon has more comedy and is more charming, while Senko-san is comfier.
Both are about magical creatures house sitting for the main character. Kobayashi is the better show IMO, but Senko-san is a good show to tide you over until season 2 comes out!

It is a very colorful anime and very moe. A mystical creature begins to live in the house of the protagonist, that changes your daily life.
Similarities:
- Moe stuff.
- Mystical creatures (in both cases are girls) move to the protagonist's apto with the intention of improving their daily lives.
- Over time the protagonist goes on to meet more mystical creatures.
- The main character has a hard work.
- The friend (of the opposite sex of the main character) is an anime otaku.
Differences:
- Maid Dragon shows more how different creatures can live with family and shows that they have to value it.
- While Senko-san's MC likes to

both are slice of life anime where a supernatural being appear to help out a overworked late 20s early 30s office worker both are mostly laid back with some drama. Senko is more laid back and dragon maid as more comedy.
the main difference are how the supernatural being come to live with the overworked worker. Senko also has a small cast with the MC, senko and three other character more of less while dragon made as around seven character that get mini arc if you will.
one thing to note is dragon maid does have some ecchi scenes including shotacon between secondary characters
Both shows have very colorful characters, they have very cute characters and has a lot to do with someone being a maid to another person who works at a boring office, in both shows the main character also lives in an apartment which is where they're often seen
Same concept, a character with hectic work life get a maid from the Isekai
Similar MC who is tired of working and visited by friendly humanised creatures from an another world
The same situation where MC's ordinary life changes when a girl from another world appears to be the MC's maid, the difference, in Kobayashi-san, the MC was Lesbian, while in Sewayaki the MC is a man.

An apathetic officeworker is unexpectedly approached by a mythical creature declaring her unconditional love, and they start living together in a sexually strained breadwinner x housewife relationship.
They end up doing slice-of-life things together, and soon other human and creatures join in.
Both these shows have a hard-working main character, who happens to suddenly have his routine shattered (in a positive meaning :D) by the arrival of a supernatural being who starts to take care of him/her.
Oh and both these animes are really Moe :3

Both animes are very wholesome. Both of them have cute anime girls who take care of an overworked person. Also, in both the girls are supernatural creatures who aren't very familiar with the human world.
In my opinion though, Kobayashi-san Chi no Maid Dragon is funnier and has much more interesting characters.

"Sewayaki Kitsune no Senko-san" is a wannabe-Iyashikei "Kobayashi's Dragon Maid" clone with loli kitsune harem void of character development and slightly lower production values. So self-insert it even has a first person view sequence after ED. It's still relaxing, and meme fodder.
The maids of history represent an animal (Kobayashi-san has dragons and Senko-san has foxes) and they help a lot in the protagonist's personal life.
Senko-san is cuter, while Kobayashi-san has very strong dragons. Both are great anime Slice of Life.
Both of these anime have a depressed mc who are taken care by a supernatural entity and begin to enjoy their lives with the other characters...Also both are pretty fun slice of life anime...

If you love the dynamic between an adorable non human girl and the burnt out office worker that she seemingly out of nowhere decides to devote herself to pampering, Senko san is a great slice of life series to start! Similar to Kobayashi's dragon maid, it is full of cute fantasy girl characters, except instead of dragons, they are adorable Kitsune girls that you can't help but adore.
Both involve adults who are hardworking and are visited by a supernatural being. This supernatural being stays and lives with them at home and helps them relieve their stress from work.
Both are slice of life animes where the supernatural being stays home and does chores while the adult goes to work and depicts their daily lives together.

Both are kind of a love story.
Both dragons and kitsunes are inmortals.

Both are seinen.
I think I don‘t have anything else to say, I know that if you liked one of them you are probably going to enjoy the other.
Both are overworked people coming home to someone they didn’t expect.
Both are wholesome, and cute.

in both the protagonist is a simple person, who lives overloaded with work and does not have time for household chores and also does not devote time to take care of himself. then a magical hybrid-looking girl appears and transforms that person's life for the better, serving as a maid and also as a family member.
Adult living alone that has a stressful life then a supernatural being appears at their door one day and starts living with the mc and starts taking care of the mc, and also changes their life.
-cuteness is involved.
-mc meets more supernatural beings.
-both mc's have a friend (of the opposite sex) is an anime otaku.
-the supernatural beings are not too familiar with the human world.
Who doesn't want a dragon maid or a fox god taking care of them. These both are extremely similar and one of the best slice of life animes where cuteness is overloaded. If your life is going downhill, these animes will cheer you up and make you smile.
Each show features a super adorable supernatural girl/girls who tries to save and soothes the soul of an overworked Japanese employee in kind and cute ways. They are both very heartwarming and wholesome shows

Both Anime features someone (Kobayashi and Nakano) who is constantly overworked
The sudden appearance of a mythical character (Tooru and Senko-san) change Kobayashi and Nakano's life better
Both Tooru and Senko-san:
Helps out with daily household chores and cook meals for Kobayashi and Nakano.
Both are rather foreign with the human world and needs some time to get used to it
Both are extremely friendly to others and cares for everyone.
Both Anime is an extremely wholesome SoL that will allow you to de-stress after a long day of work/school. Will strongly recommend you to watch both anime if you enjoy one of them.

Both shows are slice of life with a light story line. Each anime also has a non-human girl appear to help/stay with an introverted workaholic.
Both animes are very slice-of-life, and have a very work-tired protagonist being cared for by fantasy girls. Helpful Fox Senko-san is just as fluffy and cute as Miss Kobayashi's Dragon maid, though there is just as much fan-service as well. Also I think there are less episodes to get through.

In this recommendation, I'll give you my 4 main reasons why both series have many similarities and are worth watching. Here they are:
1. Both series have points of view from a worker-lifestyle. (How unsettled, depressed, and tired they are).
2. The wholesomeness of both series is delivered perfectly to us as watchers.
3. The main aspect of both series is 'having a person as a support system'.
4. Splendid to watch if you're having a bad day : ')
*Additional reason*
5. Don't miss out how cute Kanna-chan and Shiro-chan.

I think you would like The Helpful Fox Senko San because quiet a lot of similarities to Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid.
The main reason I would recommend it is because it has a similar base plot a mythical creature (usually female) comes down and helps someone who overworks relax (the main protag).
Though The helpful fox Senko San in my opinion is a downgrade to miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid lacking the comedy and the quality of Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid and not having the same level of personality as Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid.
But if you are really yearning for some more Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid and have
