Both are music/romance animes dealing with expressing feelings of love, and teenage angst. Given tops Anonymous Noise though when it comes to story, characters, and music in my opinion. If your looking for a good music/yaoi anime to watch Given is a really solid pick.

Both music will move you to tears.
There is romance inside the band in both, but in Fukumenkei Noise it is the typical hetero love with a love triangle while in Given, it is between guys.
The reason why the main characters from both animes play music is similar.
Both animes have a goal, there is progression in the story.
