The plot is extremely similar, but admittedly Eromanga Sensei had better animating and probably a better budget.
This series have similar plot setting,male lead is writer,and also incest relationship
Both Anime have the same concept but Ore ga Suki nano is more of a deeper version eromanga sensei. differences are the the siblings are blood related and the siblings in eromanga are not related by blood. another is that eromanga sensei shows the siblings as pros and other is more upcoming or amateur.

Almost similar in all aspects except that in Eromanga the sister has that tsundere attitude, to her big bro while in Ore ga Suki the sister has a dere dere attitude towards her brother. In Eromanga bother siblings were accomplish mangakas , while in Ore ga Suki, the big bro is a loser while the sister is always on top. When it come to relationship in Eromanga the sibling weren't related to one another, while in Ore ga suki the sibling were indeed related

Both are romance with stepsister, and envolves mangá, anime they are funny, the art is pretty similar, its minimalistic.
