The plot is not similar at all.
But the feel is pretty similar, mainly the fight scenes, how his body is made up of katanas/swords, and just overall dark theme throughout the show. The MC is pretty bland and not relatable, but fights insanely well, the supporting characters make up for the MCs lack of personality.
I really loved dororo, and didn't find B:tb until about a year later. But it gives me BIG dororo vibes for sure.
If you like one, im pretty sure you will enjoy the other.
