Both very silly, have the same type of humor, have main characters that share a similar type of vibe (as well as side characters), and although the two anime have entirely different plots, they're so in sync, that honestly, the main characters may as well be alternate versions of each other.

-although the setting and plot are different, the main characters definitely have the same vibe; they are able to overpower/outsmart the others in a way or another and tend to excel in everything they do

Both animes focus mostly on exploring a certain gag. For Way of the House Husband, this is the contrast between Tatsu's occupation and yakuza demeanor, and for Haven't You Heard I'm Sakamoto, this is Sakamoto's handsomeness and perfection. The comedic styling of both animes are quite similar.
