I believe the humor is pretty similar, people try to make sakamoto look bad by
teasing him or making jokes, and then sakamoto finds a way to still be the coolest guy in the world.
And here Nishikata is teased by Takagi, creating funny situations where Nishikata tries to recover his honor.
