Both Happen from Different Timelines and time travels you will enjoy this as much
Both are romance that are set in fictional worlds, although Hello World is a tad bit more complicated.
Both are movies that focus on romance with a time travel plotline, Kimi no Na wa uses a supernatural element for the time travelling while Hello World goes for a Sci-fi approach. Their stories have several similar elements so if you enjoyed Kimi no Na wa, I'm pretty sure you'll have a good time watching Hello World too.
