These are very similar in tone and story structure, and both heavily involve celestial bodies (no spoilers) and time. Lost Song has a more fantastical setting and usage of magic, compared to Your Name.'s magical realism. Lost Song also gets a lot darker in places, but they both ultimately have happy endings.
