The piece about "going back in time" and trying to save someone really reminds me of Orange. There is a similarity in the feeling of hoping that things will turn out the way you wished and the tuck in the heart while you wait for the ending.

Both are super emotional and you get to get attached to the characters. if you like to have a good cry when watching an anime, I would recommend orange ///// TW: suicide!
