Both shows revolve around the main character having the ability to see "the supernatural" and their sensei guiding them. I do have to mention that there aren't any psychic powers in Kai Byoui Ramune as there are in Mob Psycho 100. Though Dr. Ramune doesn't have money on his mind while guiding their pupil.
-Reigen and Mob's relationship is incredibly similiar to Ramune and Kuro's
-Both are 'companies' that solve supernatural problems for their clients
-Both Reigen and Ramune have a similiar personality, which contrasts their assistants, the only difference is that Ramune isn't lying about his abilities
-Kuro and Mob have a similiar personality except Mob is more quiet and less outspoken then Kuro
