Both series are mobage adaptations that were given huge budgets to make a glorified advertisement. Complete creative freedom over how to make it let the authors put their effort into silly and fun shenanigans that emphasize how cute the girls are, and in case of AV making a really badass character-driven story.
Both series treats about a group of five girls with superpowers who fights against unknown, supernatural monsters to save the world, with more groups of other girls doing the same thing, and with the main characters being the least succesfull team of them all.
Goodlooking girls in cute/sexy uniforms/costumes wielding weapons/using supernatural powers fighting against evil and protecting the world.
The both stories feature space time distortion and supernatural beings that become threat to humanity.
Its time for the girls pick up their weapons and save the world!

These two anime are the video game adaptation to animated.
They have several similar points.
First, all the characters are girls, and throughout the anime no men are involved in the story.
This is a group of girls who secretly fight some sort of bizarre creatures from a parallel dimension, using weapons and powers they have obtained.
Moreover during the story a drama occurs, she will then have to overcome it.
In addition to that the psychology of the girls of the two animated ones is quite refreshing, which makes you want to chain episodes.
These anime are both based on games. Both are about teams of girls with superpowers that both have some issues powerwise compared to other teams of girls with superpowers and both fight to preserve their world.
