-both animated by BONES
-both feature a boy who has yet to learn to control his incredible powers
-both main characters appear to be weak and desire to protect others
Both are animated by Bones and are very fluent, consistent and overall stylish with animation. Both have pretty rad supernatural elements (MP100 with psychic type powers and BnH focuses on a variety of superhero powers) Both use uncommon shots, camera angles and funky perspectives for fight scenes. Both have a unique style that you won't find in many other shows.
Boku no Hero Academia is less comedy based than Mob Psycho 100 and Mob Psycho 100 has more of a psychedelic vibe, especially with its opening. Boku no Hero Academia has more characters and a slightly more polished style than Mob Psycho 100.

Similarities:
- Both shows revolve around super powers,
- Protagonists share same traits, they are rather socially akward but kind-hearted at the same time,
- In both anime main characters fights with evil organisation
However Boku no Hero Academia has more shounen characteristic traits than Mob Psycho.
Two action series about those with powers that aim for a traditionally male teenage demographic. The protagonists of both series are weak people granted extraordinary powers that they have to learn to control throughout the series with the help of a mentor figure. Both anime adaptations were handled by Studio Bones.

Both shows give off a very similar feeling and the cast is around the same age.
Both anime feature incredibly powerful main characters that are still unable to control their super powers. Both of them are also aware that those powers do not make them special or better that anyone else, which adds a very nice layer of depth to the character.

- Action/Comedy/"Shounen"
- They are both about a young boy who can't control their power.
- Studio Bones.
This is a similar show to My Hero Academia in the sense of the basic feel for the show. When watching this, you will notice that there is not supposed to be a serious atmosphere. This is a comedy in pretty much most senses, there is no danger for the main character because of how OP he is. There are some epic fight scenes, just like My Hero Academia, that make you super hype! And after, and even during some of the fights, they add humor to make you remember that. That there is NO NEED TO FEAR, just ENJOY the epic scene!!!! Its so

Helping others. My Hero Academia and Mob Psycho 100, rather than plot, have similar characters, namely, Midoriya and Mob.
They are both warmhearted people with superpowers who try their very best for personal progression as well as helping others.
Both are good action-comedy anime with great eye candy to experience.
