Both are basically anime version of advertisements for their respective themes, namely, ramen and snacks.
Both shows entertain you by being so elaborate, so intricate, so detailed on their food categories. Dagashi Kashi talks a lot about these various snacks, and Ramen Daisuki Koizumi-san talks as much about the different types of ramen.
As added bonus, both main characters (Hotaru for Dagashi Kashi; Koizumi for Ramen Daisuki Koizumi-san) are voiced by Azunyan---Ayana Taketatsu.

These two shows in essence are surprisingly educating (or advertising?) shows that are taught by characters who are basically connoisseurs of their respective subjects. They animate the passion a group of people may have toward a subject that some might not be well informed about.
