Both Bungou Stray Dogs and Mob Psycho 100 focus on characters who face challenges because of their powers and the effects that they have on people. These characters grow and develop over time with the help of those around them, and, of course, there is some action sprinkled in over the way. Mob Psycho 100 has a bit more comedy, and the art styles differ quite a bit, but overall I think this would be something to watch next.
