Transcending universal logic for the sake of an individual may seem like something common, but the feat is not an easy one at that. Both Erased and WEP follow characters who will do their utmost to save those with varying importance to their lives.
Erased does this with Satoru jumping through time for the sake of saving 3 individuals soon to die due to a serial killer. WEP does this with teenage girls wanting to save those dearest to them through fighting against evil.
Both are pretty somewhat good psychological anime. WEP having action to add on than the mystery/detective type story in Erased.

Both involve a preteen protagonist in a story revolving around dark themes (like murder, suicide) and rare/exclusive supernatural powers. Also both have very colorful art styles, relying on color symbology
