"Jitsu wa Ore, Saikyou deshita?" won't have the tag but it's basically a comedy isekai. It has a low score because people expected an adventure type isekai and takes MC's god like powers too seriously(I think).
Similarities are isekai, comedy, MC was a loner before death, you hear the MC's thoughts, funny interactions with other characters, and main character really cares about his friends/family.
Differences are MC starts as a baby, it's not about questing, it's about MC's life in a noble family, and MC is a hidden overpowered (basically god like).
