To be fair, there is no Anime exactly like Grand Blue yet, but KonoSuba comes close just in different setting. Instead of adult/University/Slice of life/Comedy we get Fantasy/Medieval/Slice of life/Comedy. Both are quality shows and will give you plenty of laughs.

This may come of as an unorthodox recommendation considering the fact that one is an Isekai show and the other is a college comedy show.
However, If terrible people doing terrible things to each other fall under your alley of entertainment, you'll definitely find enjoyment in Grand Blue.
Different context but overall really good comedy. If you want a quick laugh then this is pretty much the same shit.
This anime is similar based on the comedy level. The laughter level is 10/10, if you wanna laugh watch grand blue and konosuba. konosuba is an isekai anime.

They've got some of the best comedy I have ever seen in my life. They are also made for "men of culture", so they will cheer up your entire day with their character designs and guidance of the camera.
Both are stupidly funny, have a memorable character lineup.
Most definitely very similar in their laid-back style, though Konosuba gets serious sometimes and Grand Blue is about more realistic things.

Both animes are a comedy when im watching any of this animes I laugh a lot
If you enjoyed Konosuba, then you would definitely enjoy Grand Blue. They are both more about the comedy whilst still developing the plot. Grand Blue is a hilarious anime which makes you forget it's actually about diving.

- Both show showing adult jokes
- Both MC have sucks friends
- Both MC want a peacefully life
- Both MC seem to have no significant character development
the 2 best works of humor that I have seen in my life, also prison school if you want something more than just these
