Pretty much the same concept, a reliable guy unintentionally makes more and more various monster girls be interested in him romantically. Both are comedies with some fanservice here and there.
Both have a "dilligent" main character who makes all the girls around him fall for him. Both are harem. Both of them have mosnster girls like lamia, centaurs, mermaids, harpies, arachnides etc.

because basically these two series are based on women who are half monsters or animals.

Guy only lives with a Lamia whose very jealous that it would kill him if it feels like it.

Guy lives with all of his excotic wards, were everyday there will an accident waiting to happen, especially when his harem fights for his affection.
