Both animes, are about vampires, but with a touch of comedy in one of them ( Rosario + Vampire) they really have a good history, specially Vampire Knight
The first thing us they both have to do with vampires! Nt only that, but they also have to do with vampires in school!
In each TV series... they meet up with at least one normal human being or a vampie. And the vampire try to suck the yumas blood all the time! Duh its a vampire!
But most of the story line is different, both have comedy and romance, but Rosario + vampire is more romance than drama.

Both shows have vampires & romance. They both have great character designs, a good sense of humour and a nice art style. Both shows have characters who are openly vampires from the start and characters who might not turn out as they at first seem.

Well, if your into "Vampire" stories then these two are one of the most well-watched. That being said, they are still so different storyline-wise. The first one if drama and the other is comedy. At least, both are love stories.
Both are based around vampires, as well as focusing on romance as well too between a human and a vampire especially and also quite a bit of action in it as well too and gothic imagery included.
