Both male MC are attending the schools where there are monster appearing like humans.
Both have female MC who are vampires.
Both are harems.
As I watched "Jitsu wa Watashi wa" I immediately thought of "Rosario + Vampires". So I felt that there was a strong similarity between the two.
Supernatural harem surrounded by monster girls. Although the main character only pursues one girl, he is still chased by others. Like Rosario + Vampire, Jitsu wa Watashi wa both have a vampire girl as the main female lead that is the pursued by the normal and useless yet "charming" main character.
Both SoL harem shows deal with an ordinary human dealing with monsters (vampires, aliens etc.). In both cases, the MC carries a secret that must not be revealed to the public
