Kids say and do the funniest things.
In both series, there is tons of comedy, some of them completely random while others pops out of nowhere.
Both series has a similar feeling of humor, as Koharu Sakuraba is the creator of both series. Both series are lighthearted comedy with some fan-service but mindless entertainment for those who wants a good laugh.
Hilarious facial expressions and comedic daily life situations. While Minami-ke is more mature at points and Kyou no 5 no 2 is a bit more childish, both feature the same kind of humor.
Minami-ke's events usually center around the Minami household while Kyou no 5 no 2's events happen mostly at school but each show has events happening in daily situations as mentioned earlier.
