Both are comedies that are directed by Masahiko Oota. They evolve around the daily lives of the cast, and the situations that occur between the characters. The main characters are female, and much of the other cast too. There are similarities in character design, and traits.
Some bullying is included, but not to the point it made me mad. I even laughed about it.
If you want to watch cute girls doing cute, mean or funny things, both titles may be for you.
