Full of action and military. Code Geass and AOT finales are something one could call an exemplary spectacle in the animanga medium. Would obviously watch from the beginning with both.

In addition of both main protagonists share a lot of similarities and have similar character developments, both shows are amongst the best the Battle Shonen have to offer. Attack on Titan has some of the best writing in Anime and Code Geass probably has the best ending in Anime history.

Both series take place during a war and are about a teenage boy that wants revenge for his mother. He obtains a superpower, which he uses to dedicate his life to eradicate evil.
