I don't plan to explode an MV recommendation with a movie. But if there was one similar MV to A Silent Voice, it'd be Racing Into The Night.
Dealing with similar themes, in different ways (sometimes similar), the two stories really do cause an impact to those who watch the two anime. A bottomless idea, something of a sincere story too. A little depressing, but they hold hands at this particular point in telling a story.
Works more as a Silent Voice → Racing Into The Night recommendation, but do watch Silent Voice if you haven't already.
