->Both have a girl who can't communicate in a normal way and some romance with a troublesome boy. But in Senryuu Shoujo it's totally focused on comedy and the boy is genuinely a good person, while Koe no Katachi is an intense drama with the boy correcting his past mistakes.
->Both are slice of life anime, with some focus on school life.

Both series have a couple of main characters, being the girl a shy girl who struggles to comunicate and the boy being looked by the society as an aggresive person (one because of his actions, the other because of his looks).
While Senryuu Shoujo focuses more on comedy and beautiful moments, Koe no Katachi focuses on the pain the characters felt and how they grew as individuals. Both recommendable to watch.
