A Silent Voice and Mirai share a similar path in expressing hate of a character, only to understand them in their respective future together.
A Silent Voice follows Ishida bullying deaf girl Shouko. Mirai follows a jealous Kun bullying his little sister Mirai due to her existence taking away his love from his parents. Both Ishida and Kun end up going through some shift in time to talk things through with the ones they have victimised. A Silent Voice does this via time skip, Mirai literally uses time travel.
Both are good movies, which happen to be s.o.l, with good visuals all around.
