There's a murder and main characters try to solve the mystery behind it. Lots of questions, tensity, dark world atmosphere, similar animation.

These are both really intense psychological, mind-fucking mysteries and I would highly recommend either one of them if that's the kind of show you're looking for at the moment. If you would like a psychological, mind-fucking mystery that has more innocence, feels, and lots of empathy and attachment to the characters, then watch Boku Dake ga Inai Machi. If you are looking for something that is more mature and involves a lot more intense logical problem-solving along with the murder and the who-done-it, watch Subete ga F ni Naru.
