Both series follow a weak, powerless teenager who becomes stronger through hard work and training, all for the sake of their goal of becoming a true hero. Main differences are their settings (DanMachi has an RPG-inspired fantasy setting while MHA has an urban superhero setting inspired by stuff like X-Men). DanMachi also has notably more ecchi scenes than MHA does
