Both shows feature an average-looking protagonist who wants to help a curious white-haired girl, in which a love triangle arises from it.
Well for starters, they are both visually similar character design wise.
-The main guy in both shows are the same typical "I want to help you" types who is paired of with the main girl
-The main girl is the "absentminded, clumsy, airhead type" who wants to do their best for the main guy, wants to know about the world
-Both the orange hair characters show a bit of affection for the main guy, but are put off aside too
